Become a MAP Assessor
If you are experienced as a Trainer, HR Professional or if you are already an assessor for any other psychometric testing tool such as MBTI, OPQ or 16PF then you could train to become a MAP Assessment assessor and deliver MAP Assessment to anyone within your organisation or with any of your clients if you are an independent training consultant.
The Process
To become a MAP Assessment assessor you must successfully complete a comprehensive 5-day training programme.
- Experience the MAP Assessment process yourself
- Experience a MAP interpretation session as a delegate manager
- History, validity and reliability of the MAP Assessment tool
- Analyse each of the main MAP Assessment interpretation sessions
- Prepare for the delivery of the MAP interpretation sessions
- Deliver MAP interpretation sessions (Assessed)
- Facilitator and group feedback
- Interpret MAP Assessment profiles through 1:1 sessions (Assessed)
- Cover models of development and development planning
- Learn about other MAP Assessment resources such as Managing to Excel
- Interpretation of your own profile (Assessed)
- Certification and sign off as a licensed MAP Assessment assessor.
On Completion
Following successful completion you automatically receive a number of benefits which include:
