Probably the best way to judge MAP is for you to attend one of our FREE MAP taster days as our guest. This way you can see for yourself the positive impact MAP can have on your managers’ development - without any financial commitment 

You don’t have to commit to anything. You’re not obliged to buy anything. There is no ‘hard sale’ given to you on the day. The day is a friendly informal event where you can ask any questions and get the answers you want concerning MAP.

11.20am Profiling and benchmarking  results of the assessment

  • Study sample profiles.
  • See and understand benchmarking statistics.
  • Examples of how MAP can be linked to your own internal competency framework

12.30pm Lunch (3 course lunch with the opportunity to network)

1:45pm Interpreting profiles for different levels of competency

2:45pm Applications for MAP Assessment within your organisation

3:45pm Options to introduce MAP to your organisation and Costs
